A new leak says the Honor X80i could be shaping up as a battery-focused midrange phone with a surprisingly strong screen spec. According to details shared by Chinese tipster Panda is Bald, the device is expected to feature a 6.6-inch 1.5K OLED display, a large 7000mAh battery, and a MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor.
The same leak says the phone may support 45W wired charging and use a rear camera setup built around a 108MP main sensor plus a 5MP secondary camera. Black and gold color options were also mentioned.
Another tipster, Experience More, added a few extra details. That source claimed the phone upgrades to a metal frame, reaches a local peak brightness of up to 6500 nits, and uses a 2.6GHz chip. The report noted that this may correspond to the Dimensity 7050 on some versions, while an overseas model could use the Dimensity 7100 branding instead.
Camera details also appear to vary slightly between leaks. One version of the rumor points to an 8MP front camera and a 50MP rear main camera for the international model, while the domestic leak emphasizes the higher 108MP figure. That suggests final camera specs may differ by market or may not be locked in yet.
The phone is also said to measure 157.43 x 75.35 x 7.34mm and weigh 185g. Other rumored features include a short-focus fingerprint reader and an AI shortcut key, which would give the Honor X80i a few extra usability touches beyond the usual spec-sheet checklist.
Nothing here is official yet, but the overall picture is pretty clear: if this leak holds up, Honor is trying to balance a slim body with a very large battery and a sharper-than-usual display for this segment. That combination could make the Honor X80i one to watch if you care more about battery life and screen quality than raw flagship power.
