A new leak is giving a much clearer picture of what OPPO Find X9 Ultra could bring on the camera side. According to details shared by tipster Digital Chat Station, the phone is currently expected to launch in April 2026 and is being framed as a device that puts a serious camera experience in your pocket.
The headline spec is a 200MP camera built around what the leak describes as a LYT901 main sensor with an F1.5 aperture. That alone would already put the phone in flagship territory, but the rest of the rumored setup is what makes this leak especially notable.
The report says the phone may also include a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 10x optical zoom and an F3.5 aperture. On top of that, a separate 200MP 3x periscope telephoto camera is said to deliver a 136 percent increase in light intake. If those details hold up, OPPO would be aiming for a very aggressive multi-telephoto camera system rather than relying on just one zoom lens to do everything.
For ultra-wide shooting, the leak claims OPPO is moving to a 50MP sensor in a larger 1/2-inch class format. That would suggest the company is trying to raise image quality across the full rear camera array instead of focusing only on the main sensor and long-range zoom.
The rumored native focal lengths are listed as 14mm, 23mm, 70mm, and 230mm. The main camera is also said to support high-quality in-sensor zoom at 46mm, while the telephoto setup could offer a similarly high-quality 139mm option. In practical terms, that points to a camera system designed to cover everything from ultra-wide shots to very long zoom with fewer obvious quality gaps between focal lengths.
That broader camera story lines up with what OPPO has been hinting at publicly. Zhuo Shijie, the product lead for the OPPO Find series, recently posted a long explanation on Weibo about the technical thinking behind the Find X9 Ultra’s Hasselblad-branded 10x optical zoom telephoto camera. His comments focused on how the lens could deliver a stronger sense of presence and realism in photos.
Of course, this is still leak territory, so none of these specs are official yet. Even so, if the final hardware lands anywhere close to these numbers, OPPO Find X9 Ultra looks like it could become one of the most camera-focused Android flagships of the year, especially for users who care about longer zoom ranges and more complete focal-length coverage.
