OPPO has officially confirmed that the new OPPO K15 Pro series will launch on April 1, giving the lineup an early teaser ahead of the full announcement. While the company itself kept the preview fairly brief, earlier details shared by tipster Digital Chat Station outlined what could be a battery-focused midrange series with some unusually aggressive hardware choices.

According to those leaked specs, the lineup may arrive in two sizes, with displays around 6.59 inches and 6.78 inches. The headline feature is battery size: the larger model is said to reach a typical capacity of about 8000mAh battery, while the smaller version could still land around 7500mAh. If that holds up, OPPO would be pushing well beyond what most mainstream phones currently offer.

Another standout detail is cooling. The leak claims the entire series will include a built-in active cooling fan, which is still uncommon outside more gaming-focused devices. That could help explain why OPPO appears to be positioning the phones with a more performance-oriented angle instead of treating them like ordinary endurance-first handsets.

For the larger model, the rumored configuration includes a 6.78-inch 1.5K flat display with a resolution of 2772 x 1272, a Dimensity 9500s chip clocked up to 3.73GHz, a 50MP plus 8MP rear camera setup, and a 16MP front camera. The device is also said to use a metal frame, measure 8.33mm thick, and weigh 213 grams.

The mid-size version is expected to use a 6.59-inch 1.5K flat display with a resolution of 2760 x 1256, paired with a Dimensity 8500 chip running up to 3.4GHz. Camera hardware is reportedly similar, with a 50MP plus 8MP rear arrangement and a 16MP selfie camera, while thickness and weight are listed at 8.3mm and 197 grams respectively.

For now, these details remain unofficial until OPPO reveals the full lineup on stage. Even so, if the leaks are accurate, the OPPO K15 Pro series could end up standing out for three reasons at once: very large batteries, active thermal hardware, and a design that still tries to stay relatively slim for the capacity on board.
