A new leak out of China suggests an upcoming OPPO phone may be testing a design built around a quad-curved screen and a visual style meant to create a more bezel-free design. The information comes from tipster Digital Chat Station, whose early smartphone posts are frequently cited by IT Home.

The source didn’t name the exact model, but based on the tipster’s earlier posting patterns, the report believes the device is likely tied to OPPO. At this stage, the claim appears to be about an internal evaluation rather than a fully confirmed retail product.

IT Home adds that several smartphone brands are expected to explore quad-curved devices this year. That makes the rumor notable beyond just one handset, since it could reflect a broader design direction across the premium Android market.
The same tipster also said on April 24 that Apple was reportedly asking Samsung to customize a “slightly curved four-micro-curve panel,” a claim that has been linked to long-running rumors about a 20th-anniversary iPhone. In a separate remark, the tipster also suggested that China’s top five domestic smartphone brands may release equal-depth quad-curved phones in the second half of the year.
For now, there’s still no confirmed launch window or final hardware profile for this rumored OPPO phone. Still, if the leak holds up, the company could be preparing a device that uses curved glass and ultra-slim borders as its main visual hook.
