Motorola has announced the Moto G47 alongside several other new devices, including the Moto G37, Moto G37 Power, Moto G87, and three Razr 70 series foldables.
At its core, the Moto G47 uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 6300 processor and comes with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. Storage goes up to 256GB of UFS 2.2, and Motorola is also offering MicroSD expansion of up to 1TB. The phone ships with Android 16 and the company’s Hello UX interface, although Motorola hasn’t yet said how many major Android upgrades or years of security support this model will receive.

On the front, the phone features a 6.67-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 7i protection. The screen uses a centered hole-punch design and houses an 8MP selfie camera.
Around the back, Motorola uses a rounded-square camera module with four circular cutouts. One is for the flash, while the remaining three positions include a 108MP camera with 3x lossless zoom, a 2MP macro camera, and a dual-function light sensor that combines ambient light sensing with flicker detection.
Battery capacity is 5,200mAh, and the phone supports 20W wired fast charging as well as 6W wired reverse charging.

Other hardware features include a side-mounted fingerprint reader, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, wired-only high-resolution audio support, a 3.5mm headphone jack, NFC, eSIM support, wet-touch operation, IP64 dust and water resistance, and MIL-STD-810H durability certification.
Motorola says the Moto G47 will be offered in three Pantone colors: Phantom Black, Sailing Blue, and Magenta. The phone is scheduled to reach Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific markets, and additional global regions in the coming weeks, but pricing has not been announced yet.
