iQOO 15T Leak Points to a Dimensity 9500 Chip, 2K Flat Display, and an 8,000mAh-Class Battery

A new leak suggests the iQOO 15T could arrive with flagship-style hardware built around MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 9500 platform. According to details shared by Chinese tipsters and cited by IT Home, the phone is expected to pair that chip with a 6.82-inch 2K 144Hz flat display, a 200MP HP5 camera, 100W wired charging, and an 8,000mAh battery class power setup.

Another earlier leak, posted on April 24, painted a very similar picture. It described an unannounced performance-focused phone in a sub-brand lineup as the only model in its segment expected to use a roughly 6.83-inch 2K large flat panel, a single-cell battery rated around 7,845mAh to 8,000mAh, a metal middle frame, 3D ultrasonic fingerprint recognition, and IP68/IP69 protection. At the time, online speculation pointed to the same device, now believed to be the iQOO 15T.

The camera details still appear to be in flux, but the leak specifically mentions a possible 200MP main sensor. If that ends up holding true, the iQOO 15T would be aiming for more than just gaming or raw speed. It would also be positioned to compete on headline camera specs in the upper-end Android market.

IT Home also notes that the currently available iQOO Neo11 launched last October with a 6.82-inch 2K 144Hz display and a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, with pricing starting at 2,599 yuan. That gives some context for where the rumored iQOO 15T might land if vivo chooses to push this model as another high-performance release with a bigger battery and a newer MediaTek flagship chip.

For now, it’s still a leak rather than an official announcement. Even so, the combination of a Dimensity 9500 chip, a high-resolution flat screen, and an 8,000mAh battery makes this one of the more notable unconfirmed phone reports now circulating in China’s mobile market.
