Xiaomi has rolled out a new Xiaomi 13 battery upgrade service across the entire Xiaomi 13 lineup. According to the service page on Xiaomi Mall, owners of the Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Pro, and Xiaomi 13 Ultra can now replace the original battery with a larger-capacity official part. The total price is 189 yuan, which includes a 149-yuan battery fee plus a 40-yuan labor charge.
The main appeal is the capacity boost. After the upgrade, the Xiaomi 13 moves from 4,500mAh to 4,850mAh, an increase of 350mAh. The Xiaomi 13 Pro goes from 4,820mAh to 5,361mAh, adding 541mAh. The Xiaomi 13 Ultra rises from 5,000mAh to 5,500mAh, which means a 500mAh gain. Xiaomi says all of the replacement packs used in this program are official battery replacement components.

Xiaomi also outlined two ways to apply for the service. One option is to open the Xiaomi Mall app, go to Services, then Service Pricing, choose Phones and Tablets, and select the specific model. The second option is to search for the battery replacement service directly inside the app, choose the matching phone, complete the purchase, and then use the order to arrange the upgrade.
The company added a few post-repair recommendations as well. Within the first 24 hours after replacing the battery, Xiaomi suggests avoiding the habit of charging and using the phone at the same time. If possible, it also recommends adding a fan or a clip-on cooling accessory while charging to help reduce heat. If the device becomes seriously hot, users are advised to stop charging and contact a service center.
For Xiaomi 13 owners, this new Xiaomi 13 battery upgrade option is a practical way to get more runtime without replacing the whole phone. Xiaomi also says the service is still being expanded and is expected to cover more products later on, so the current launch may be only the first step in a broader upgrade program.
