iQOO has officially opened reservations for the upcoming iQOO 15T, giving the market its first formal signal that the phone is getting close to launch. The brand also shared a teaser image showing the side profile and part of the device’s exterior design.
Additional details come from a recent post by tipster Digital Chat Station, as cited by IT Home. The leak says the iQOO 15T will adopt the same design language used by the brand’s Ultra model, including a transparent-style square camera module.
On the front, the phone is rumored to feature a large 2K 144Hz display measuring 6.83 inches. The same source also claims the device will be the first in its class to ship with a 200MP main camera built around a large sensor, which would give iQOO a strong headline spec in the upper midrange or affordable flagship segment.
Earlier IT Home coverage also mentioned a separate round of leaks pointing to a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, an internal battery above 8,000mAh, and support for 100W wired charging. If those details prove accurate, the phone could combine a high-refresh display, high-resolution camera, and unusually large battery into one package.
For comparison, the currently available iQOO Neo11 launched last October with a 6.82-inch 2K 144Hz display, a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, and a starting price of 2,599 yuan. That gives some context for where the new iQOO 15T may sit once official pricing and positioning are announced.
As always with pre-launch reports, the leaked hardware details should be viewed cautiously until iQOO confirms the full spec sheet. Still, the combination of a 2K 144Hz display, a 200MP main camera, and 100W charging would make this one worth watching.
