iQOO 15T is back in the spotlight after the brand published another round of teaser details for the phone. This time, the company focused on what it calls a fully loaded performance trio: a flagship Dimensity 9500 Monster Edition chip, LPDDR5X Ultra memory, and UFS 4.1 storage. According to the teaser, that storage setup is expected to improve app installation speeds by as much as 50 percent.
The company also says the phone will use the same 8K Ice Dome VC liquid cooling system found on the regular iQOO 15. iQOO claims the cooling hardware can bring temperatures down quickly and keep heat distribution more even across the device, with only a small gap between hot and cool zones during heavy use.
Camera hardware is another major part of the pitch. iQOO says this is the first time one of its flagship phones will ship with a 200MP Camera built around a large sensor. The phone is also set to support CIPA 4.5 grade optical stabilization similar to what the brand uses on its imaging focused flagships, along with 4x lossless zoom, full focal length portrait shooting, and several AI imaging features.
On the gaming side, the company says the iQOO 15T will include its in house Q3 esports chip. iQOO is pairing that with features such as scene wide ray tracing, 2K super resolution, and concurrent 2K plus 144fps super resolution and frame interpolation. The display itself is described as a 2K panel with 8T LTPO technology, plus full screen always on display support and circular polarization based eye protection hardware.
Taken together, the teaser paints the iQOO 15T as a phone aimed squarely at buyers who care about flagship speed, heat control, gaming performance, and high end mobile photography. The company still hasn’t shared the full launch schedule, but the latest reveal gives a much clearer picture of how aggressively the phone will be positioned.
