iQOO confirms March 26 launch for the Z11 series with a 9020mAh battery and 165Hz display

iQOO has officially announced that the iQOO Z11 series will launch on March 26 at 7:00 p.m., with sales starting the same day. The company is positioning the lineup around two headline features: an enormous 9020mAh battery and a 165Hz eye-care gaming display.

According to iQOO’s own teaser, the standard Z11 will deliver the biggest battery ever used in an iQOO phone, along with the brand’s first 165Hz eye-protection esports screen. That combination is clearly aimed at buyers who care about both endurance and high-refresh-rate gaming performance.

The company also highlighted the iQOO Z11x, which is equipped with an LCD display carrying Rheinland eye-care certification and a 720mAh Blue Ocean battery. So even the lower-positioned model is still leaning heavily on battery life as a core selling point.

Leaked details shared in the report suggest the iQOO Z11 may feature a roughly 6.83-inch 1.5K flat display with a 165Hz refresh rate, a Dimensity 850 chip, up to 16GB of RAM, and as much as 512GB of storage. The phone is also said to pair that giant battery with a 90W charging adapter.

The Z11x has reportedly already launched overseas, where it comes with a 6.76-inch LCD panel, 44W fast charging, a 720mAh battery, and a rear camera setup built around a 50-megapixel IMX852 main sensor plus a 2-megapixel secondary lens.

On paper, the Z11 series looks like iQOO’s attempt to push battery capacity beyond the usual upper limit without giving up gaming-friendly display specs. If the official launch presentation confirms the leaked hardware, the Z11 could end up standing out in the midrange crowd mainly because of sheer battery size.

We’ll get the full picture on March 26, but the early message is already pretty clear: iQOO wants this series to be known for long runtime first and high-refresh usability right alongside it.
