Xiaomi 17T Pro and the standard Xiaomi 17T have now been introduced for overseas markets, giving the company’s T series another round of performance-focused flagships at lower prices than the core numbered lineup. This generation leans heavily on battery life, with Xiaomi calling the Pro model’s pack the largest ever used in one of its international phones.
The Xiaomi 17T comes with a 6,500mAh silicon-carbon battery, while the Xiaomi 17T Pro steps up to a 7,000mAh battery. Both phones use MediaTek Dimensity chipsets and ship with 12GB of memory. The 17T uses the Dimensity 8500-Ultra, while the Pro model moves up to the Dimensity 9500.
The Pro version is also the larger of the two, featuring a 6.83-inch display, while the standard model uses a 6.59-inch panel. Xiaomi says the Pro display is a 12-bit OLED panel with 1280p+ resolution and peak brightness of 3,500 nits. Compared with the standard model, the Pro also bumps the refresh rate from 120Hz to 144Hz and supports a 1-nit ultra-dim mode for low-light viewing.
Charging and connectivity help separate the two phones further. The Pro model supports faster 100W wired charging and wireless charging, while both devices still cover the basics with NFC, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, and dual-SIM support. In some regions, buyers will also get eSIM support and Xiaomi’s offline communication feature.

Camera hardware is similar across both models in the telephoto, ultra-wide, and front-facing departments, but the main camera is different. The Xiaomi 17T Pro uses a 1/1.31-inch OmniVision Light Fusion 950 sensor with 1.2μm pixels, while the standard 17T uses a 1/1.55-inch Light Fusion 800 sensor with 1.0μm pixels. Both phones still use 50MP primary cameras with Leica Summilux optics and optical image stabilization.
Xiaomi has also added a new 4K 60fps video mode along with HDR10+ and Log recording options, which should make these phones a bit more appealing to users who care about mobile video and content creation.
For wireless standards, the Xiaomi 17T Pro supports Wi‑Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6 with dual-Bluetooth capability, while the regular 17T offers Wi‑Fi 6E and Bluetooth 6.0. Neither phone includes a 3.5mm headphone jack, though both are certified for Hi-Res Audio and Hi-Res Audio Wireless.
Pricing in Europe starts at 749 euros for the Xiaomi 17T and 899 euros for the Xiaomi 17T Pro. Taken together, the pair looks aimed at buyers who want a global launch flagship with big batteries, fast charging, and high-end media features without paying full ultra-premium prices.
