vivo has already confirmed that the vivo X300s will launch on March 30 at 7:00 PM, and a new roundup from tipster Digital Chat Station now sketches out what the phone may bring to the table. If this leak is accurate, the device is shaping up as a feature-heavy performance flagship with a big battery, a high-refresh display, and a camera setup that still aims high.
The leaked spec sheet says the vivo X300s will use a 6.78-inch flat display with 1.5K resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a BOE Q10+ panel. The phone is also said to pair that screen with a metal middle frame and a large circular rear camera module, which suggests vivo is sticking with a premium industrial design rather than cutting back on materials.
On cameras, the leak points to a 50-megapixel front camera and a rear system led by a 200-megapixel main sensor. That back setup is also said to include a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens. In other words, the phone may be trying to balance a high-resolution primary camera with a more complete multi-camera package instead of focusing on only one standout sensor.
Battery capacity is another major talking point. The phone is rumored to carry a 7100mAh battery, along with 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. That kind of battery size would put the device firmly in the large-battery camp while still keeping relatively fast top-up options on both wired and wireless charging.
The leak also lists a long batch of supporting hardware details: a 751440 X-axis vibration motor, 1511 symmetrical dual speakers, 3D ultrasonic fingerprint recognition 2.0, IP68 and IP69 water and dust resistance, and USB 3.2. Taken together, those details suggest vivo is trying to make the phone feel complete across day-to-day use, media, haptics, biometric unlock, and durability.
The tipster did not name the chip directly in this latest summary, but based on earlier rumors and benchmark sightings, IT Home says the expected processor is MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500. That part still remains unofficial for now, so it should be treated as an expectation rather than a confirmed final spec.
vivo product manager Han Boxiao has reportedly described the vivo X300 Ultra as a more professional imaging-focused model, while calling the vivo X300s a “super-capable compact V camera.” The two upcoming phones are also said to share support for a telephoto distance-extension mode. On top of that, the Ultra is expected to support a new Cannon 400 feature, while the whole lineup is said to get a new Lipstick 200 mode as well.
For now, the launch event is the key date to watch. If the leak holds up, the vivo X300s could land as a well-equipped phone that mixes a 144Hz display, a 7100mAh battery, high-end charging, and an ambitious camera system in one package.
