iQOO Z11 preview highlights a 165Hz gaming display, a 9,020mAh battery, and flagship-grade cooling

iQOO has shared another early look at the iQOO Z11, and this round of teasers puts the focus on the phone’s screen, battery, cooling, and durability. The company says the device will be officially released on March 26 at 7:00 p.m., with sales starting right after the launch event.

One of the biggest talking points is the display. According to the official preview, the iQOO Z11 uses iQOO’s first 165Hz display built for eye comfort and gaming. The company says power consumption at 600 nits is 7 percent lower than on the screen used in the iQOO Z10 Turbo. It also says the panel carries SGS certifications for low blue light and low flicker, while supporting the same Eye Protection 2.0 feature set seen on flagship models.

Performance hardware looks just as aggressive for this class. iQOO says the phone will use a full-power Dimensity 8500 chip, paired with its Monster performance engine, a gaming-oriented network system, and a 7K Ice Dome VC liquid-cooling setup. In plain terms, the company is framing this as a device that should stay responsive during long play sessions rather than just post a good spec sheet on paper.

Battery capacity may end up being the most eye-catching number here. The iQOO Z11 is said to pack the largest battery ever used in an iQOO phone, coming in at 9020mAh battery capacity while still keeping a relatively slim design. It also supports reverse charging and 90W charging, and iQOO says its in-house battery management system can deliver up to 10.8 hours of high-frame-rate MOBA gameplay.

The battery itself also uses newer materials. According to iQOO, it combines fourth-generation silicon-anode technology with second-generation semi-solid-state battery tech, developed together with CATL New Energy. The company adds that the single-cell design reaches 16 percent negative-electrode silicon content, which helps explain how it is pushing capacity so high without turning the phone into an oversized brick.

Durability is another part of the pitch. IT Home notes that the iQOO Z11 supports IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance, has passed seven national military-standard tests, and still keeps practical daily features such as NFC, infrared remote control, and a professional mode. Taken together, the device looks aimed at buyers who want battery life and gaming performance first, but don’t want to give up mainstream flagship-style extras in the process.
