Motorola Moto G87 Surfaces on Official Support Pages Ahead of Launch

Motorola looks close to expanding its overseas G-series lineup with a new Moto G87, and the phone has now quietly appeared on official support pages before any formal launch announcement.

According to a report cited by GSMArena, the listing on Lenovo Motorola’s support site shows a device that keeps the family design language intact. On the front, the phone uses a centered hole-punch display. Around back, it features a left-aligned rectangular camera layout, and the documentation also indicates support for dual physical SIM cards.

Leaked details referenced alongside the support-page appearance suggest the Moto G87 will be offered in gray, green, and blue color options. The phone is expected to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and at least 256GB of storage.

As for pricing, the report says the handset is expected to land at about 407 euros in overseas markets.

For context, the current-year Moto G77 launched with a 6.78-inch FHD+ 120Hz panel, the same Dimensity 6400 chip family, 8GB of RAM, optional 256GB or 512GB storage, a 5,200mAh battery, and 30W wired charging. That comparison hints that the upcoming Motorola model may continue targeting buyers who want a familiar midrange package with incremental updates rather than a dramatic redesign.
