New dummy unit photos shared on X offer another look at Apple’s rumored foldable iPhone Ultra, giving a clearer sense of how the device might compare in size with the iPhone 17 Pro Max and the iPad mini.

According to the leak, the mockups line up with earlier reports about Apple’s first foldable phone. The comparison shots don’t confirm final hardware, but they do make the expected footprint easier to understand than earlier standalone renders.

When unfolded, the device appears relatively compact and squared-off, with an overall height of about 111.5 mm. The inner display is said to measure around 7.76 inches, which would place it between a traditional phone and a small tablet in usable screen area.

The report also repeats previously rumored hardware details. Apple’s Apple foldable phone is expected to use an A20 Pro chip built on a 2 nm process and ship with 12 GB of memory.

One of the more notable claims is that Apple may use a liquid metal hinge design to reduce the visibility of the crease, which remains one of the most common complaints about foldable devices.

At this stage, these are still dummy units and supply-chain rumors rather than official specs. Even so, the latest side-by-side images give a more concrete preview of where Apple’s foldable model could land in the company’s lineup if it reaches market.
