Honor Play 70C is now available through Honor’s online store, giving buyers a new entry-level phone option built around the Helio G81 Ultra platform. Pricing starts at 799 yuan, and the lineup includes three memory and storage combinations.
- 4GB RAM + 64GB storage: 799 yuan
- 4GB RAM + 128GB storage: 899 yuan
- 6GB RAM + 128GB storage: 999 yuan
The phone comes in three colors: Rock Black, Moonlight Silver, and Lake Blue. Honor says the device is 7.89mm thick and weighs 186g, which keeps it relatively slim for this price segment.
Up front, the Honor Play 70C uses a 6.56-inch IPS LCD display with a 720 x 1600 resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The screen uses a waterdrop-style notch and pairs with a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
On the back, the design gives the appearance of a triple-camera layout, but the actual imaging hardware is more straightforward. The phone includes a 13MP main rear camera.
Internally, the device runs on MediaTek’s Helio G81 Ultra chip and is available with 4GB or 6GB of RAM, along with 64GB or 128GB of storage depending on the configuration selected.
Battery capacity is another one of the headline specs. Honor includes a 5300mAh battery, which should help the phone target users who care more about all-day endurance and basic everyday usability than flagship-class performance.
