realme says its standalone online mall in mainland China will stop operating on April 25, with shopping, product browsing, user feedback, event participation, product reviews, post comments, video and livestream viewing, and points-related services all being folded into the broader OPPO ecosystem.
According to the company’s notice, the realme Mall mini program will also be taken offline at the same time. Users who still need access to older purchases will be able to sign in through the OPPO Mall and check the section labeled realme historical orders.
The transition also affects account benefits. realme says member perks tied to purchases and account activity won’t simply disappear. Instead, those benefits will continue to be recognized inside OPPO’s platform after authorization and login, which makes this less of a hard shutdown and more of a full platform consolidation.
This move follows an earlier change on the service side. As previously reported, realme announced on March 20 that its after-sales support in mainland China would be gradually integrated into OPPO’s service network. Starting April 1, 2026, phones, tablets, computers, and IoT products sold by realme in mainland China, excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, began receiving after-sales support through OPPO’s service system.
Put together, the latest notice suggests realme is now completing another major step in that restructuring. For users in China, the practical takeaway is simple: the old standalone storefront is going away, while order lookup, membership benefits, and service support are being absorbed into OPPO’s larger retail and support framework.
