A fresh leak says the iQOO 15T could be one of the first phones to arrive with a tuned version of MediaTek’s next flagship platform. According to the report, the device is expected to debut a Dimensity 9500 ‘Monster’ edition with brand-specific low-level optimization, alongside iQOO’s own Q3 chip aimed at boosting gaming performance.

The source claims early game testing has been especially strong. In one example cited by the report, performance in Genshin Impact was described as feeling closer to the lighter load usually seen in MOBA-style titles, which suggests iQOO may be pushing hard on frame stability, power control, and sustained thermal behavior rather than peak numbers alone.
Another earlier leak adds more hardware context. The iQOO 15T is said to feature a 6.82-inch 2K flat display with a 144Hz refresh rate, giving it the kind of screen spec that fits a performance-first flagship. Camera hardware is also rumored to include a 200MP HP5 sensor, while the chassis is expected to use a metal middle frame rather than a more cost-cut plastic build.
Battery and charging could be a major part of the pitch as well. The phone is rumored to pair an 8000mAh battery with 100W fast charging, which would make it unusually ambitious even in today’s increasingly battery-focused Android market. If that combination holds, the 15T could end up targeting users who want both long sessions and short top-up times.
Nothing here is official yet, and iQOO hasn’t confirmed the device name, full spec sheet, or launch timing. Even so, the leak sketches a fairly clear profile for the upcoming phone: a gaming-heavy flagship built around the Dimensity 9500, supported by an in-house assist chip, a high-refresh 2K display, a very large battery, and a camera spec that goes beyond the usual performance-phone checklist.
