Honor 600 Pro Launches With a 200MP Main Camera, 50W Wireless Charging, and a 3D Galaxy-Inspired Design

Honor has officially launched the Honor 600 Pro, with pricing in China ranging from 3,899 to 4,699 yuan, or 3,399 to 4,199 yuan after the current subsidy. The phone is positioned as a higher-end model in the new 600 series and leans heavily on imaging, design, and battery-focused selling points.

At the core of the device is a Dimensity 8550 Elite chip, paired with up to 16GB of memory and 512GB of storage. Honor says the phone also supports Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, and 50W wireless charging.

The camera hardware is led by a 200MP main camera with optical image stabilization. It is joined by a 50MP telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom and a 50MP front-facing camera. Honor says the phone also supports 4K Live capture, lossless editing, lossless sharing to Xiaohongshu, and direct full-focal-length 4K Live output across 1x, 2x, and 3.5x shooting ranges. The company is also promoting a dual-symmetry AI zoom flash system meant to simulate more advanced fill lighting.

Design is another major part of the launch. Honor says the Honor 600 Pro debuts a new 3D galaxy-inspired aesthetic, combining star-like reflective elements, a dual magnetic cat-eye twin-ring camera layout, gradient nebula styling, a metal middle frame, and a one-piece cold-carving process. The company also highlights rounded corners and an ultra-narrow 0.98mm uniform black border around the display.

On the screen side, the phone includes what Honor describes as an industry-first paper-like full-color mode designed to mimic textbook paper for eye comfort. Brightness is said to range from 1 nit up to 8,000 nits, and the panel also supports image-quality enhancement for both short-form and long-form video.

Battery life is another key talking point. Honor says the series can go as high as an 8,600mAh Qinghai Lake battery and adds a set of campus-network optimizations, including faster network switching, automatic authentication login, and data-overuse reminders. Those software tweaks are said to be tuned for more than 1,500 campus networks across China.
