Honor has officially started first-day sales of the Honor 600 lineup in China, with prices starting at 3,299 yuan before subsidy discounts. The launch covers both the standard model and the Honor 600 Pro, and the company is leaning hard into camera hardware, high-resolution live shooting, and battery capacity as the main reasons to pay attention.

The entry version of the Honor 600 starts with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, while higher trims move up to 512GB. Honor says the regular model uses a fourth-generation Snapdragon 7 chip and packs an 8,600mAh Qinghai Lake battery with 80W wired charging. It also carries IP68, IP69, and IP69K protection ratings, comes in at roughly 7.95mm thick, and weighs about 201 grams.

On the display side, the standard model uses a 6.57-inch 1.5K screen with peak brightness rated at 8,000 nits. Camera specs are led by a 200MP wide camera and a 12MP ultra-wide macro camera. Honor also highlights features such as flash-assisted live shooting and direct 4K Live capture, positioning the phone for users who care about social-ready photo and video output.

The Honor 600 Pro moves to a Dimensity 8550 Elite processor and pairs it with an 8,000mAh battery. Wired charging stays at 80W, while the Pro also adds 50W wireless charging. Its body measures around 7.88mm thick, weighs roughly 202 grams, and keeps the same IP68, IP69, and IP69K durability ratings as the standard model.

Honor says the Pro model upgrades the rear camera stack with a 200MP main camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 12MP ultra-wide macro camera. It also supports full-focal-length 4K Live capture, lossless 4K Live retouching, and direct sharing to Xiaohongshu. In short, the Honor 600 series is arriving as a camera-first mid-to-upper-range launch with unusually large batteries for its class.
