Vivo X Fold6 Teased With OriginOS 6 Fold, PC Office Suite Integration, and Xiao V Claw for Windows and Mac

Vivo is continuing to build anticipation for the Vivo X Fold6, its next book-style foldable phone. The device is already scheduled for a June launch, and earlier reports have pointed to a new OriginOS 6 Fold system and a likely MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor.

The latest teaser came from Han Boxiao, a product manager at Vivo Communication Technology. In a new video, he positioned the phone as an “AI light-office device,” which suggests Vivo wants the X Fold6 to be seen as more than a large-screen entertainment phone.

Multitasking remains one of the core selling points. Vivo has already shown the idea of using the large foldable display for multiple windows at once, and the company is now extending that productivity pitch into PC integration.

According to Han, the Vivo X Fold6 will work with Vivo’s office suite on computers to deploy “Lobster,” also described as the PC version of Xiao V Claw. The feature is said to be fully adapted for both Windows and Mac devices.

That cross-device support matters because foldables often promise productivity but still depend heavily on how well they connect with laptops and desktops. If Vivo can make file handling, assistant workflows, or office tasks feel seamless across phone and PC, the X Fold6 could have a more practical business angle.

The PC version of Xiao V Claw reportedly includes more than 30 open-source Skills out of the box. Users will also be able to manually configure additional Skills, giving the system room to expand beyond the default toolset.

Vivo is also preparing an upgraded AI meeting assistant for the X Fold6. While the teaser does not list every capability, that positioning points toward common workplace functions such as meeting notes, transcription, summaries, and action-item extraction.

The combination of a foldable display, multi-window operation, PC suite integration, open Skill support, and an AI meeting assistant gives the device a clear office-first theme. Vivo appears to be aiming at users who want a phone that can handle lightweight work without constantly switching to a laptop.

For U.S. readers, the bigger takeaway is the direction of high-end Chinese foldables. Brands are no longer competing only on hinge design, thinness, and camera hardware. They are also trying to turn foldables into portable AI workstations with desktop-style software hooks.

Vivo has not yet confirmed the full specification sheet in this teaser. Still, the details around OriginOS 6 Fold, Xiao V Claw, Windows and Mac support, and the new AI meeting assistant make the X Fold6 one of Vivo’s more productivity-focused foldables to watch this month.
