A new leak has outlined the expected specs for the Infinix Hot 70 Pro 5G, and the phone appears to be aimed at buyers who want a big battery, a high-refresh screen, and a more distinctive design without moving into premium pricing.
According to a report from GizChina cited by IT Home, the handset is expected to use MediaTek’s Dimensity 7100 chipset and introduce a Dot Matrix rear display on the back of the phone.
The front display is said to be a 6.76-inch HD+ panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and a hole-punch camera design. That combination points to a mainstream large-screen 5G phone, with the faster refresh rate likely helping scrolling and general interface movement feel smoother.
The rear design is the more unusual part. The leaked information says the back of the phone includes a Dot Matrix rear display that can show notifications, the time and date, music information, and similar quick-glance content.
On the hardware side, the Infinix Hot 70 Pro 5G is expected to pair the Dimensity 7100 chip with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It is also said to include a 6000mAh battery, which would give the phone a strong endurance angle for users who care more about battery life than ultra-thin design.
Charging is expected to top out at 45W. The phone is also reported to ship with XOS 16 based on Android 16, keeping the software platform relatively current if the leaked details hold up.
Pricing is expected to land between 15,000 and 25,000 Indian rupees. IT Home noted that this is roughly equivalent to 1,061 to 1,769 yuan at current exchange rates. That range would position the device in the budget-to-midrange 5G market rather than the flagship space.
Nothing is official yet, so the usual caution applies. Still, if the leak is accurate, the Infinix Hot 70 Pro 5G could stand out by combining a large battery, 120Hz display, Dimensity 7100 platform, and a small rear information display in a lower-cost package.
