iQOO 15T is now set for an official launch on May 20 at 7:00 p.m., and the company has followed that announcement with a fuller hardware rundown. The latest teaser positions the phone as a performance-heavy flagship built around MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9500 Monster Edition platform.
According to iQOO, the chip is the result of a deeper collaboration with MediaTek that brings the company’s next-generation Monster engine down into the silicon layer. iQOO claims the setup improves frame stability by 34%, which fits the rest of the phone’s gaming-first positioning.
The display and graphics stack continue that theme. The brand says the iQOO 15T uses a 2K 144Hz panel and includes the in-house Q3 esports chip. iQOO also says the device has already achieved concurrent 2K super-resolution and 144fps frame interpolation in six popular FPS mobile games, while its self-developed full-scene ray tracing support now covers four major game titles.

Battery capacity looks like another major talking point. iQOO describes the phone as carrying the largest battery ever used in one of its flagship models, and notes that China Telecom’s terminal product database lists the device with an 8000mAh battery. The pack is paired with the company’s Global Direct Drive Power Supply 2.0 feature.
Photography is getting a flagship push as well. iQOO says the handset will feature a 200MP main camera with a large sensor, paired with CIPA 4.5-grade stabilization borrowed from the brand’s higher-end imaging lineup. The camera system is also said to support 4x lossless zoom and up to 40x magnification.
Alongside the internal hardware, the company confirmed a new Qingyun color option and a transparent camera-deco design borrowed from the iQOO 15 Ultra. So far, the full picture suggests the iQOO 15T is being framed as a high-spec launch that leans equally on gaming speed, battery endurance, and camera ambition.
