iQOO 15T Detailed Specs Leak With Dimensity 9500, Q3 Gaming Chip, and 8000mAh Battery

iQOO 15T reservations officially opened on May 7, and a new leak now fills in much of the hardware story behind the phone. The leaked spec sheet points to a flagship-style device built around MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500, paired with an in-house Q3 gaming chip meant to boost gaming performance and frame stability.

Display details suggest the phone uses a 6.82-inch flat panel with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. On the camera side, the leak says the rear system combines a 200MP main camera with optical image stabilization and a 50MP secondary camera, while the front camera is listed at 16MP. Those numbers line up with iQOO’s usual push toward high-performance hardware without dropping premium imaging specs entirely.

Battery life looks like one of the biggest talking points. The report says the phone packs an 8000mAh battery and supports 100W wired charging, which would make it one of the more aggressive battery-and-charging combinations in this class. Other leaked details include a metal frame, a glass or fiberglass back, 3D ultrasonic fingerprint recognition, and full waterproofing protection.

The leak also outlines the physical profile of the phone at 163.37 x 76.71 x 8.25mm and about 216 grams. Color options are said to include Qingyun, Track, and Legend, while memory configurations may cover 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+256GB, and 16GB+512GB, with a possible 8GB+256GB or 16GB+1TB option still under consideration. Software is expected to be OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

For context, the current iQOO 15 launched last October with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 platform and a 2K Samsung display. If this new leak is accurate, the iQOO 15T is shaping up as a big-screen performance phone that leans even harder into battery life, gaming hardware, and flagship-tier internals.
