Tecno Pova 8 Pro Appears in Certification Listings With 12GB RAM, 512GB Storage, and a 6340mAh Battery

The Tecno Pova 8 Pro has started showing up in certification databases ahead of its expected debut, giving a clearer early look at the phone’s battery, memory configuration, and overall size. According to a report cited by IT Home, the device recently appeared in the TUV Rheinland database under model number LK7.

That listing points to a 6340mAh battery and a body thickness of about 8mm. As the report notes, Tecno could still market the pack as a 6500mAh typical capacity battery, which would line up with how phone makers often present battery specs in official materials.

The paperwork also suggests a 12GB RAM 512GB storage version is on the way. While that doesn’t rule out other configurations at launch, it does indicate Tecno is preparing at least one higher-capacity trim for the model.

Charging details remain incomplete, but the certification documents show support for an 11V input. That strongly hints at relatively high-power wired charging, even though the exact wattage still hasn’t been confirmed.

The same phone has also passed FCC certification, which adds a few more hardware details. The filing lists dimensions of 162 × 77 × 8mm and support for 5G, NFC, Bluetooth, dual-band Wi-Fi, and multiple LTE and NR bands. Certification images reportedly show a large triangular rear camera module in the upper-left corner, housing a dual-camera setup alongside an LED flash.

Nothing has been officially announced yet, but the growing number of regulatory appearances suggests the Tecno Pova 8 Pro may not be far from launch. For now, the biggest takeaways are the large battery, high-capacity storage option, and broad connectivity support already visible through the filings.
