Xiaomi has kicked off its Xiaomi Service Week promotion for May 2026, offering discounted battery replacement pricing on a long list of phones through May 7 at 24:00. According to the company, the campaign covers 67 phones across Xiaomi, REDMI, MIX, Civi, and Turbo product lines.
The discount brings replacement batteries down to 80% of the usual price for eligible models. The list includes devices ranging from older phones like the Xiaomi 10 Pro and REDMI Note 10 Pro to much newer models such as the Xiaomi 15 series, MIX Fold 4, REDMI K80 series, and REDMI Turbo 4 Pro.
Pricing varies by model. Some examples listed by Xiaomi include 159.20 yuan for the Xiaomi 10 Pro, 127.20 yuan for the Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 14, and Xiaomi 15, 174.40 yuan for the MIX Fold 2 and MIX Fold 3, and 262.40 yuan for the MIX Fold 4. Several REDMI models also fall into the 79.20- to 159.20-yuan range depending on the battery and device tier.
The promotion covers a broad spread of products, including Xiaomi 10 through Xiaomi 15 generations, multiple foldables, Civi devices, and a large number of REDMI Note, K-series, and Turbo phones. That wide compatibility is arguably the biggest part of the story, since it gives users with aging batteries a lower-cost way to extend the life of phones they may still be happy using.
Xiaomi also used the announcement to remind users that abnormal battery degradation can be caused by misuse, overcharging, extreme temperatures, or external impact. The company recommends more careful charging habits and avoiding very hot or very cold environments to help improve long-term battery health after a battery replacement or before one becomes necessary.
