A new concept-style leak is offering an early look at what iOS 27 might bring to the iPhone, including a more capable Siri, a changed notification gesture, and deeper AI photo editing tools.
The video came from the YouTube channel fpt., which published its latest render on June 5. The channel showed possible interface and feature changes for Apple’s next major iPhone software release, while making it clear that the material is based on leak-driven visualization rather than an official Apple preview.

There is some extra context around the source. IT Home notes that fpt. host Jon Prosser is still involved in a legal dispute with Apple after earlier leaks related to iOS 26. The channel often works with designers to build highly polished 3D concept videos based on leaked CAD drawings and similar materials.
In this new video, one of the more practical changes involves gestures. The leak claims Apple may adjust how users open Notification Center. Swiping down from the upper-left corner could bring up notifications, while swiping down from the middle of the screen may open Search or take users directly into an assistant-style question interface.

The biggest rumored change, though, is Siri. Instead of staying as a single-question, single-answer voice tool, Apple’s assistant could become more like an ongoing conversation partner. The leak suggests Siri may get its own dedicated chat area, support both voice and typed input, and understand what the user is doing by looking at screen content and the currently open app.
If that direction is accurate, iOS 27 would push Siri closer to a system-level AI layer rather than a separate assistant that only responds when called. For everyday users, that could make it easier to ask follow-up questions, request actions across apps, or get help based on whatever is already on the screen.

Photos and the camera experience are also part of the rumored AI push. The current Clean Up tool in the Photos app is expected to be upgraded, and Apple is reportedly testing ways to edit pictures with short text phrases or voice commands. Examples mentioned in the leak include asking the system to crop the upper-left corner or enhance color.
That kind of AI photo editing would fit Apple’s broader direction with on-device intelligence and context-aware tools. It would also make simple image edits feel more conversational, especially for users who don’t want to dig through menus or learn more advanced editing controls.

Compatibility may be fairly broad, at least for the base operating system. According to the leak, iOS 27 is expected to support the iPhone 12 and newer models. The more demanding AI features, though, may be limited to newer hardware, which would match Apple’s recent pattern of reserving certain intelligence features for chips with stronger AI performance.
None of these details have been confirmed by Apple. The company’s official WWDC26 announcements will be the real test. Still, the direction described in the render is easy to understand: Apple may be preparing a more AI-centered iPhone experience, with Siri becoming more useful, gestures becoming more deliberate, and AI photo editing moving closer to normal everyday use.
