A new high-performance smartphone, the iQOO 15T (model V2564A), has officially appeared in the China Telecom terminal product database. The listing reveals that the device will launch in several configurations, ranging from 8GB+256GB up to a high-end 16GB+512GB version.
The device features a massive 6.82-inch OLED display with a centered punch-hole camera and ultra-thin, symmetrical bezels. The iQOO 15T follows the current trend of flat frames, with a clean layout including a USB-C charging port and high-quality speaker grilles at the bottom.
Under the hood, the iQOO 15T is powered by the MT6993, which is the Dimensity 9500 processor. It also reportedly runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. What makes this device truly stand out, however, is its incredible 8000mAh battery packed into a body just 8.25mm thick and weighing 216g.
The camera setup is equally impressive, featuring a 200MP main sensor paired with a 50MP secondary lens on the back, and a 16MP selfie camera on the front. The database also hints at a launch date of May 20, 2026, meaning the iQOO 15T could be hitting the shelves very soon.
