A new leak says the iQOO 15T could be the first phone to ship with a special Dimensity 9500 Monster Edition build, paired with exclusive low-level tuning and iQOO’s in-house Q3 chip. According to the tip, early gaming tests look especially strong, with performance in Genshin Impact reportedly smooth enough to resemble the lighter load usually seen in MOBA-style titles.
A separate leak shared earlier adds more shape to the overall hardware package. That report says the upcoming phone may feature a 6.82-inch 2K flat display with a 144Hz refresh rate, a 200-megapixel HP5 camera, 100W fast charging, a battery rated above 8,000mAh, and a metal middle frame.
Taken together, those details suggest the iQOO 15T is being positioned as a flagship-level performance phone with a strong emphasis on gaming endurance. The combination of a high-refresh 2K screen, a very large battery, and the rumored Q3 chip would fit that direction well if the leak turns out to be accurate.
For comparison, the current iQOO 15 went on sale in October last year. That model launched with Qualcomm’s fifth-generation Snapdragon 8 Elite platform, a 2K Samsung Everest display that uses M14 luminous material, and a starting price of 4,199 yuan.
Nothing has been made official yet, but the latest claims paint a pretty clear picture: if these leaks hold up, the Dimensity 9500-powered iQOO 15T could be one of the more aggressive gaming-phone style releases in its class.
