iQOO has already opened reservations for the upcoming iQOO 15T, and a fresh leak now fills in most of the hardware details. The new information points to a phone that is clearly aimed at performance-focused users, pairing MediaTek’s rumored flagship-class Dimensity 9500 platform with iQOO’s in-house Q3 gaming chip.
According to the latest spec roundup shared by Chinese leaker Experience More, the iQOO 15T is expected to use a 6.82-inch flat display with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. That combination would put it firmly in the high-end gaming-phone conversation, especially for users who prefer a flat panel over the curved displays still common in some Android flagships.
Camera hardware is also said to be fairly aggressive for the segment. The leak claims the rear setup includes a 200-megapixel main camera with OIS alongside a 50-megapixel secondary camera, while the front camera is expected to come in at 16 megapixels. It doesn’t read like a camera-first flagship, but it does suggest iQOO isn’t cutting too many corners outside of raw performance.
Battery and charging may end up being two of the biggest selling points. The report says the phone will carry an 8,000mAh battery and support 100W fast charging. If those numbers hold, the iQOO 15T could offer noticeably longer endurance than many competing high-refresh flagship phones while still recharging quickly enough for heavy daily use.
On the design side, the leak points to a metal frame with either glass or fiberglass used for the rear finish. Security is said to include a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint reader, and the device is also tipped to offer full-level water resistance. The published dimensions are 163.37 x 76.71 x 8.25mm, with a listed weight of 216 grams.
Color options reportedly include Qingyun, Racetrack, and Legend. Memory and storage configurations are expected to cover 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 256GB, and 16GB + 512GB, with the possibility of either an 8GB + 256GB version or a 16GB + 1TB model joining the range later.
For context, the current iQOO 15 launched last October with Qualcomm’s fifth-generation Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, a 2K Samsung Everest display using M14 luminous material, and a starting price of 4,199 yuan. If this new leak is accurate, the iQOO 15T looks set to carve out its own position by leaning even harder into high-refresh gaming performance and oversized battery life.
