A new Xiaomi 5G phone with model number M332BF has appeared in China’s 3C certification database, and Chinese leakers now believe it may be the upcoming REDMI K90 Ultra. The listing itself doesn’t reveal a full spec sheet, but it does point to support for 100W wired charging, which is one of the main details surfacing from this early filing.
Digital Chat Station commented on the certification and said the device appears to be the REDMI K90 Ultra, asking followers what they expect from the new performance-focused model. The same source suggested the phone could target buyers looking for a high-refresh-rate flat display, aggressive performance tuning, a large battery, and a more balanced overall hardware package.
Another tipster, Smart Pikachu, also said the 3C certification lines up with REDMI K90 Ultra filing information. That source added that the overseas OnePlus Nord lineup has also been filed and could help Xiaomi cover lower price bands next month, though that part remains separate from the K90 Ultra itself.

For context, IT Home notes that the REDMI K90 Max launched in April as Xiaomi’s first phone with a built-in fan. That model used a Dimensity 9500 chip, an AI graphics chip dubbed D2, LPDDR5X Ultra memory, UFS 4.1 storage, and support for 1.5K plus 165Hz gaming in more than 100 titles.
The current rumor also says Xiaomi internally positions the K90 Ultra below the K90 Max. If that turns out to be accurate, the new phone may be aimed at buyers who still want flagship-style speed and fast charging, but without stepping all the way up to the most aggressive model in the series.
