vivo announced today that the imaging experience on its vivo X series flagship phones will keep getting new features through a staged camera update plan. The rollout includes the Blueprint Color Palette, 4K ultra-clear Live Photo support, and several new watermark styles.
For users who like to tune the look of their shots before they press the shutter, the biggest change is support for multiple palette-style adjustments inside the camera. vivo says this feature will let users choose different color looks for photos directly in the camera app.
The first wave is scheduled for July 2026. Models listed for that phase include the vivo X200, vivo X200 Pro, vivo X200s, and vivo X200 Pro mini.
There is one catch for that July group: the Blueprint Color Palette camera function will support local use only. vivo says those models will not support color formulas or sharing for the feature in this upgrade.
A second part of the camera update adds support for stacking multiple styles. vivo plans to push that feature in August 2026 to the X300 Ultra, X200 Ultra, X300 Pro, X300s, and X300.
The roadmap also mentions several new watermark options, including stamp-style, postmark-style, ZEISS co-branded, and humanistic color watermark designs. Those new styles are also planned for August 2026.
The watermark rollout covers a wider model list: X200 Ultra, X300 Pro, X300, X200 Pro, X200 Pro mini, X200s, X200, and X Fold5.
Put simply, vivo is using this update plan to bring more built-in creative tools to the vivo X series, especially for users who care about mobile photography color, Live Photo clarity, and branded photo presentation.
