vivo has announced a new round of imaging updates for the vivo X300 Ultra and vivo X300s, adding more creative camera tools for people who like to shoot, edit, and stylize photos directly on their phones.
One of the headline additions is a new co-branded sample watermark tied to Shanghai Disney Resort, along with a travel-style watermark option. vivo is also adding reversible post-shot style editing, which means users can apply certain looks and then roll them back later instead of being locked into the first decision.
The supported styles mentioned in the announcement include options such as glow, rich, cool white, and negative. That should make it easier for users to try different visual treatments without feeling like they’re permanently committing to one version of a photo.
vivo is also bringing in a Hitchcock zoom live feature, letting users create the classic dolly zoom effect in portrait mode with a single tap. On top of that, the update improves long-range shooting by using a cloud large-model system to boost clarity, detail, and overall hit rate in high-magnification telephoto scenes.
Additional changes include manual exposure adjustment in portrait video mode, horizon stabilization in video mode for tougher motion scenarios, and support for recording Log video directly to an external drive.
