Xiaomi has officially kicked off its Xiaomi Service Week event for May 2026, giving owners of a wide range of phones a chance to replace aging batteries at discounted prices. The promotion is live now and runs through May 7 at 24:00, covering 67 Xiaomi and Redmi models across several generations.
The list includes devices from the Xiaomi 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 families, along with foldables such as the MIX Fold lineup and the MIX Flip. Xiaomi’s Civi models are part of the campaign too, and Redmi coverage is broad as well, spanning phones like the Redmi Note 10 Pro, Note 11, Note 12, Note 13, Note 14, multiple K-series devices, and the Turbo range.
Pricing varies by model. Some examples include the Xiaomi 10 Pro at 159.20 yuan, the Xiaomi 11 at 103.20 yuan, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra at 159.20 yuan, the MIX Fold 4 at 262.40 yuan, the Redmi Note 10 Pro at 127.20 yuan, and the Redmi 14C at 79.20 yuan. Several popular Redmi K and Note models are also included at price points that stay close to the 100 to 160 yuan range.
In practical terms, this promotion is aimed at users whose phones still work well overall but have started showing the usual battery-aging symptoms, such as faster drain, unstable standby time, or heat during charging. For anyone holding onto an older flagship or midrange Redmi device, a discounted battery replacement may be a more sensible upgrade path than replacing the whole phone right away.
Xiaomi also used the announcement to remind users that unusual battery wear can be made worse by rough charging habits, exposure to extreme temperatures, heavy external impact, or other forms of misuse. The company recommends more careful daily charging and avoiding very hot or very cold environments to help extend battery life after the replacement is done.
